I hear about 'account support' role in a company. Can somebody please explain it to me, what's actually that role about? :D
Sounds like you would be aiding a manager on a single client's account, presumably at least a fairly large one.

They work all sort of shit but mainly producing ATMs, self service kiosks etc. But they also offer IT support to other companies.
And how would you be giving this support? Phone, visits, email?

I hate the term 'Executive'. I know the employee who currently fills this position and apparently the job is a bitch, but it pays well.

Fuck me if I know :boh: I think it'd be photo/emails. I only know it's in the finance department but I never heard about it.
