So I found a note under my windshield wiper that I needed to learn how to park today. I was parked in a regular parking spot. I assume though that the owner of a garage that is in between two parking spots is angry, because when two cars are regularly parked it is difficult for him to enter his garage as he is a poor, old and angry driver. I am going to hunt this guy down.
