Setup some pizza dough yesterday, so the dough will have had 24 hours to rise. Self made pizza, beer, smth to smoke and champions league football. Looking forward to a great evening

The Trinidad moruga scorpion (Capsi$#@! chinense) is native to the district of Moruga in Trinidad and Tobago. On February 13, 2012, New Mexico State University's Chile Pepper Institute identified the Trinidad moruga scorpion as the hottest chili in the world, with a mean heat of more than 1.2 million Scoville heat units (SHUs) and individual plants with a heat of more than 2 million SHUs.[SUP][1][/SUP]The previous record holder was the bhut jolokia of India. The current world record holder is the Carolina Reaper.
I got the Carolina Reaper in powdered form and began sprinkling it on everything. It's not even a particularly good tasting chili. It's consumption amounts to downright masochism.
Speaking of which, here's a video of a bloke rubbing a trinidad on his eyeballs.

I like to eat good pizza. And the restaurants making good pizza either do not deliver at all or not to my area. That's why I started. Now I'm hooked, because even though it only takes a few ingredients, it's pretty hard to create the perfect dough.
