Ahaha actually my girlfriend is English, she works at the same school as me. I thought the gordito thing was kind of weird at first too but got used to it after hearing my former host family say it all the time. Not just gordita, sometimes gorda.
Nice one @Enron, I've not got the balls for a Mexican girl

Well yea I can't deny that...but the food is expensive too. And the restaurants...two people eating just main meal with a glass of wine and one beer, it's always 70€.

Ofcourse its dumb and not advisable in usual sitautions.
But for 2 weeks when you DONT have a kitchen in your place, you should afford to eat out a bit more. Especially when he is not paying rent/hotel bill and isnt buying alot of groceries since he doesnt have a proper kitchen.
I wish I was more impulsive actually (even if its logically better to save), besides occasional trips or shopping of clothes, I barely touch my money. And still spend alot tho, bills and overall necessities takes away a big chunk.
I'm an absolute spend-thrift. I try to save money, and I sometimes do for a couple months, but I impulsively buy pretty much everything I want. I've run a credit card balance above 20k for the last 5 years. I even understand how stupid it is, but I just can't help myself. I collect rare vinyl, and first edition books, wine, go to too many concerts and music festivals, and so on, and that shit gets expensive, especially when added on top of rent, groceries, eating out, bills, etc. I have a good, decent paying job, but it seems the more I make the more I spend. Frustrating as hell sometimes that I have so little willpower, as there are things I'd like to save for.
I have a sister thats exactly like that, first, I avoid any mention of the notion credit at ALL TIMES. But she cant, and somehow, like you, have the constant need to buy/collect whatever that is to her fancy The times we travelled together (I'm a big fan of concerts/music festivals too), she is all shocked when I resist the urge to not buy anything in sight
Drama how?And how can that be unclear? You arent dating if you arent even aware of it. Maybe you two arent after the same thing. In confusing sitaution like this seems, pretty to be direct and ask.

If she pushes her crotch in his face, the guy will feel less insecure. Same if she unzips his pants and gets down on her knees. Sometimes simplicity is so underrated..
