Had it not been for these employees I'd quit most likely.

So many moronic situations with my manager, it's horrible, the guy just too weird and has no idea what he's doing. Too much falls on my shoulders, way too much responsibility for a salesman.

And even my shifts are horrible.

Get the connections you need from this and look for better situation in the same field or other if you like. No need to stay if you have options, patiently look for better and bide your time.

Even though it sucks. Stay with it until you find something better. That said, start looking for something better.
