A friend of mine is recovering from heroin addiction. Only a week sober so far, hasn't slept for more than an hour since then and will probably have to fight cravings for the rest of her life. Fuck.

There's so many people I know who died of OD. Every once in a while my newsfeed will be filled with RIP because another kid passed away. It's better to have cravings then let it kill you.

I've encountered Aussie tourists a lot over the years, but never anything that lived up to the stereotype. I honestly must have been lucky, because dis sheet is real.

Coincidentally, I've also been learning theories that the aboriginal Aussies were some of the very first tribes formed by the first out of Africa, based on DNA marker evidence. Dat is whack.

:D and just recently we won U-21 in football (WC). We're also doing great in water polo. Tennis, basketball, volleyball. Pretty successful nation when it comes to sports, too bad our seniors suck at football (eventhough they are pretty great on the paper).
