Bolivia is also going to hell since the big majority of our income comes from selling petroleum gases, and the price just hit the floor. The government didn't invest properly all the good money we were making when the price was high. We should've diversified our production :sergio: instead, they threw that money at the ignorant and poor to keep them happy and get their votes.

Not really. You should see all the discussion we are having about that subject.. and people aren't happy at all.
I'm sorry, Lapa. But it is. Finland is one of the richest countries in the World per capita and one of the most equal countries in the World. Finnish people are compared to both EU and especially the rest of the World rich.

I completely missed work part :shifty: my bad.
You've been working too much lately. :D

The thought of having to work my whole life scares the hell out of me.
Nah. Just watch out that you won't come a workaholic, it tends to happen.. I've had that problem for like 3 years now. It has been hard trying to work less and spend time with gf etc.

Control of what? It certainly doesn't give you a control of time which makes the whole point of job like slavery.
Well, the dilemma is that there is no way you can really have control of your life. So having a job is the highest form of control, and in many ways an illusion of control (because you can always lose your job, or your work environment can change in such a way that all the things you like about it change).

Pretty sad how it's 8h work and ~8h sleep while even when you return from the job (I GUESS) you're tired and you prepare for tomorrow and same routine. I always thought it's more to life. I don't see that as control. I see that as me being controlled. Although, I don't deny the importance of it for sure.

By the way I'll be heading to your beautiful capital in the late summer/early fall this year. To get a closed look on the Finnish Schools system.

Looking forward to Reindeer Kebab :p
Sometimes I have a memory of a gold fish. What do you do again? :p

No worries :p

I used to study Economics. Dropped it 'cause I wanted to teach. So now I'm getting my degree in Education while being a substitute teacher in Social Science and working with handicapped people as a second job.
