I'm not saying most 'Mericans are ignorant, but burritos, flour tortillas... that always smacked of Gringo Mexican in my book.

I remember when an old Cali housemate of mine when I was in grad school was telling me about his prior semester around Guadelajara. He hates corn. And everything is made with maize down there.

So one day he thought he got a reprieve when they announced soup on the day's meal plan. Freaking corn tortilla soup, muthaf^%#$s...
