OK, so idiot phone moron of the day. Here in the city, we have one of those older garage doors that's rigid and swivels out. (The newer ones tend to conform to the outside wall of the house and roll up/down.) My wife pulls out of the garage, and one of the many phone-staring zombies comes walking down the sidewalk, completely oblivious.

He walks straight into the garage door jutting out as it's rolling up, drops and breaks his phone, and gives my wife a hard time saying he's going to sue her, etc. My wife was crying and visibly upset -- I've never seen her like that before, even through her mother dying of cancer.

I have to thank our garage door. It did a public service to a moron.
