So you don't like sandwiches?
Sandwiches are an attempt to make something edible in one hand without having to sit down or use utensils. It's basically the mother of the 7-Eleven microwave burrito.

It's like creating a form of sex that only works while on train platforms. By its definition, it was created under limited conditions.

let me guess, you hate pizzas, cell phones, and automatic cars too
I love pizzas (at least they're cooked, unlike sandwiches). Mobile phones are fine, as are automatics.

But a sandwich is basically the hurried man's excuse for a meal, served by cooks with limited creative thinking. By design.

They do in a pinch. But they're silly if you're not eating it on the back of a public bus, because if you don't have to why should you.

The thing is it isn't about time or being overly fancy. Serve up some reheated lasagne for crying out loud: shows a lot more than a sandwich ever could.
lasagna. mans way of saying i want to pretend i know how to cook, but am too lazy t make anything worthwhile
