challenge #1: go some public place, pick the hottest chick and just go talk to her for at least 3 minutes

I don't think you would enjoy it as much as you think.
just out of curiosity, when was the last time you did lose your cool and what was the reason?

Don't remember. It doesn't happen often. But when it does it generally results in angry emails.

Just because it's not certain it doesn't mean it never happens or that it's not worth it.
It probably depends on how you approach it. If you just think "I'm going to try it once" then fine. That's not how I tend to think. I tend to think "this is going to become part of my lifestyle". So I try something, it feels good having done it once or twice, but ultimately I wasn't good at it (because it was new), and it didn't give me the kind of satisfaction I was hoping for.

You're smart for an individual, but that doesn't mean much when you can't use that on a macro level.
Noone is smart in general, about everything. People are smart in various areas of life only.

Meeting new people will change your life a lot, on a better way.
Depends a bit on what kind of people, but in general yes, it has big time.

Thinking of satisfactions about something you've never felt before is just a wrong start. You're aware that happens cause you're new at something, which is the problem. You need your brain to get into it first. After doing the 'same' routine for years of course you'd need time to adept into new stuff, that's just normal.

Maybe. But you as an individual should not your weak areas and focus on those. It doesn't have to be to please others but to make you stronger. You just help yourself.

Any kind of people actually, bad or good, however you define them.

I get bored with stuff if I don't get a kick out of it.

Are you a therapist now? :D

Some people are toxic. There isn't much to learn there except to know that fighting with them is futile.

Then you find a new stuff. It's that easy.

Whatever I need to be. :p

You learn quite a lot. You learn how to deal with horrible people, how to avoid them and everything that yet again helps your cause.
