It's basically a part of the internet that isn't visible on the surface, but that you need to dig into to find. People access it by using anonymous browsers, and part of it is apparently just a big crime network. You can by drugs, fake money, hitmen and even tigers it seems. I'm way too scared to access that shit since I'm way too afraid to end up on the wrong page.

Anyone heard about it?
