yeah

For me the solution to that would be, in general, that if banks make mistakes that have certain financial effects, that at board and managerial level, every bonus should be cancelled.

managers need to be held responsible, just as they do with their personnel
Not a bank.. but a 'little' example you might like in terms of punishment.

Allright but then how do you stop banks from taking these so called "crap credits" in absurd numbers, and people investing in those ?
(horrible dutch translations, it meant a bunch of credits given to those who likely cannot repay them in the agreed time. basically CDO's. 2 belgian banks had billions of those
You need a fully transperant market for these derivatives that make price discovery possible. Place CDOs on an exchange so that the collateral is already forked over, meaning you need to replenish your margin accounts if your contract loses value. These credit derivatives can essentially be backed by nothing, so of course if they lose value banks can't repay them. Then they get bailed out by governments because the lobbyists say the world will collapse if they fail. Donkey piss.

Do not EVER tie corporate losses to taxpayers. That is how you stop bankers from taking nonchalant risks.

For me its the "thsirt under leather jacked" or hoody weather when i go outside for a walk, its ideal to sport in, and fantastic to work out in.

at 35C i'd get severely dehydrated from putting plates on the bar alone

It's the ideal weather for pretty much everything. It's starting to get hotter though and the air conditioning in my schools gym doesn't exist, so if I disappear from the forums for a large amount of time I've probably had a heat stroke and died :p.

I fucking hate the cold, and I will never understand why so many people dislike hot weather. Even here most people hold that opinion.
When it's cold you can put on a sweater and be warm while doing anything. When it's hot and humid there isn't anything you can do but suffer through it. And when you have breathing problems already you might as well do just short of lie down and die.
