Yeah, I went running the last two days. Did a big legs (weights) session on Thursday night and they've been sore ever since. Went drinking on Friday night, so it was pretty much a case of soreness and dehydration.

I can't believe how much luck I'm having with this football betting thing . I calculated my winnings from the last three weeks together and they actually substitute a 10hr / week part time job after taxes. It all started with me putting in 30 euro for fun to spice up an uninteresting CHL week.

I am too, it's no big deal. Now, you may be thinking of taking those lactase pills, just know they made me violently throw up for about an hour or so. 100 times worse than the normal stuff. I eat cheese all the time and most of the time these days it doesn't have much of an effect on me. It's also best if you avoid such foods early in the morning or very late at night, as I have found that the time of day you consume dairy matters in how much it affects you. Don't worry though, you'll get used to it. It's no big deal .
