OK, this is just too fucking bizarre.

So as many of you know, for the past several years (as long as I've been on these forums) I've run a coffee blog/Web site with ratings, etc. As part of that, from time to time, I have conversations with people in the industry -- sometimes over email. One of the guys I had an exchange with for maybe 1-2 emails a couple years ago.

So things start to get weird. He sends me this email about a week ago (anonymized to protect the guilty):


I ignore it. Think it's a bizarre oddity having not heard from this guy in two years, and he emails me about something other than coffee. Whatever.

Then today's email, sent to the US Speaker of the House and cc'ing me:



And no, it's not Andy.

I wrote Rep. Pelosi apologizing that I have nothing to do with this, along with the 40 other coffee people in the cc list, and that I advise she blacklist his domain as I will.

If I disappear from the forums for good in the next week, you'll know who my killer is.
