I do. Right now I'm still a student, but after I finish school, and pay of my student loans. Right now I'm broke as fuck, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't think ahead, I'm still only 21. I wanna get a second source of income while I work. I was thinking that after I graduate, I get some security licensing, then work in the oil rig camp in Alberta, they pay REALLY well. Only downside to that would be that you would have no social life whatsoever. It's like 3 weeks of straight work, 10 hours, 7 days a week, for three weeks, then you go back home for a week and repeat the routine. So I do that for 1-2 years, get the down-payment down then use the rent money to pay the mortgage, after about ten years give or take, afterwords I'd be making straight profit.
Then I'll put my teaching degree to use once I get the down-payment down and teach FT, until I pay the whole mortgage. Once it's paid for I'll teach PT, and travel a lot.

A house of pleasure will be my second project.
