Because sometimes the "truth" hurts

I don't wanna know what tattoos you've got down there -- other than those obvious hilarious moments where half-attractive girls asked you, "Who's 'Ruth'?"

Had a jolly day out a the funeral of a family friend yesterday.

Made all the more fun by the giant elephant in the room.

The official accidental status of his death seems to be off the mark.

It appears to have been an intentionally, self-inflicted accident.

Anyway, anything of note happened round here in the last few days?

Ugh. That sucks. Had one of those in my sister-in-law's family years ago.

Not too much, actually. For summer, people have been mellower than usual. I think it's because there's still competitive European football going on.

A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck Melbourne tonight. I thought it was just possums (really big possums) on my roof. By the time I had the hose out I'd grown a brain and realised what an earthquake felt like.
