if you mean you feel heavy and just too sleepy despite a good nights sleep then yes? now to get out of this i recommend you have a cup of tea! green preferably but red tea would do the trick non the less. this happens to me a lot of time at my aunts bec there food is pretty heavy and i go into this coma
and nothing gets me back to life other than having tea to remove the heavy cloud up in the main frame
you should look into coming over during the eid festival bec its intimately known as the meat eid or festival and its pretty much what you Americans call , eat as much as you can in an hour

i'm alright started my midterms and actually have two tomorrow back to back so i should be hitting the books pretty soon its just i cant be bothered but you know what they say you have to do what u have to do
