Was at the dentist this morning too, no anesthesia for me thank god. Nothing worse then feeling and talking like you've just had a stroke.

What did you have done?

I've cut down to about 10 per day - used to smoke 1,5 packs but it was economically unfeasible and I felt like shit every morning. Hoping to end it completely if I can get into my training routine though.
