Ownership. Coaching stability. Influx of newer younger players. Before last season we had shit owners, a bad coach or unsupported coach, and a bunch of old sluggish players. So now we have new owners, a decent coach, now we just need the right players. Liverpool is at step one right now, we've got some new players that are still getting used to the system and we've got some players to get rid of. I guess another season or so before we make a big challenge. I can also see a coaching change if we make the top four in the next season or so.
Right now we are markedly better than we were last season. We just need to solve our scoring woes. What we really need is a class winger and a central midfielder.
