I'm surprised you're up to date on PCB's cricket schedule :D But no, I was saying that I miss Lahore.

You know you should visit Lahore some day. There's a saying in Punjabi, "Jinnay Lahore nehi vekheya wo jameya nehi" = Who ever hasn't seen Lahore hasn't been born.
I'm with it. Given how much as I thoroughly enjoyed Delhi (and its Mughal roots, its Jama Masjid, etc.), I now have good expectations for Lahore. I have a friend whose mother still lives near the embassy district of Islamabad. But Lahore sounds even more interesting.

And... all the better if I have a "local" as a guide, yes? :D

Yes, move back permanently (at least that's the plan). It's the fastest way to get a job with an airline so I don't really have a choice in it, but I'm not complaining.
That's cool. So why the 11-month wait? Does this have to do with paperwork and such?

I have to finish school and get all my flying licenses. I should be done by December if I put all my effort into it.

PS - Probability theory blows, again.

yeah i love a proper tagine though some find it a bit sweet i made a lovely one with chicken, apricots and almonds, a lovely think sweet stew, gorgeous!

also cous-cous is a staple and if cooked properly it is astonishingly lovely.

depends on what you like though bro,i can make everything from hommous, babaganush, falafel,slat...actually can't spell it but grilled pepper, onion, tomato and chilli salad style thing.
I'll have to check these recipes out.

Can't find Northern African cuisine in the middle of Pennsylvania.
