Enrolment at my uni. Had to sit there and wait for my name to be called to get my guide and then have the stupid introduction lectures about shit i have no interest in. We had a 20 mintue health and safety lecture about giving interviews...waste of time.

I did it for two years. It's not that bad. What I found is that a lot of people had a mental thing with it. They thought they were going to shrivel up and be emaciated if they didn't eat meat for a couple days, which is a pretty funny joke. Except people really believe that.

But you're married, so the question is, was it out of choice or force by the missus command? The thing is, not having any diary products like eggs or cheese(especially my fav mozarella), screw that, it's not worth it. Plus the substitutes are awful, like tofu & soya milk or soya ground beef.

How does a lecture about giving interviews qualify as "health and safety"? Unless it's lessons like, "Don't shake hands with an employer if they just took a dump but didn't wash up."... :confused2

It was mostly out of economics. I was a grad student and fresh produce here is ridiculously cheap compared to meat. (At least it used to be.)

But living with these dietary restrictions makes life miserable if you try to travel anywhere. Which is why I don't get the whole xxxxx-atarian thing -- namely, people who make up their own illogical rules about what they consider safe and not safe to eat. (For example, "I eat beef and chicken, but pork and lamb are unclean." And not on religious grounds either.)

Not really...id rather be in the faculty of social science as i am doing a social science as opposed to an arts degree...im studying political communications - ie diplomacy and political pr.
