never used digg. I'll check it out now. More time to kill :D
Don't. Folks like Rami became massive fanboys of it, and it's gotten far worse now that people realized they have to make money with all the investment at some stage.

Hello people!

Indians, recommend a good headphone/earphones for listening to jazz/blues/classical. Europeans can also try and I'll see if I can get them here. Budget 5-7.5k Rupees or about $150...
RACIST!!!!

Bro headphones always break no matter how much you spend on them. You can get some decent sennheiser headphones for about $80. I wouldn't spend more because you will only replace in a year.
Yeah. I never go more than $60 off of eBay or something nowdays.

Wine and cheese in the department this evening :alen:
Irish cheese = good. But what passes for wine in country?

I was searching for speakers for my laptop and i ended up in these two. Any suggestions?

I actually own the thing on the left. It's OK. Looks cool (though mine is in gray). Got it from the CEO of a previous employer who wanted to make room for the latest and greatest. Wouldn't spend a ton for it. But gets the job done.

And you can progressively stick pieces of it up your butt for extra excitement.

Failed with life. Should i hang myself?
But... but... every day brings a new chance for new failure!

Fuck every other brand, go for bose nose cancelling range or look at harmon/kardon. Being in India, you should be able to get them for next to nothing & still bargain down the price.:D
I've come to believe that the term "noise cancelling" (though I like "nose cancelling" ... maybe Kate can benefit from "chin cancelling") is one of the bigger marketing scams going in headphones.
