I put all the eggs, cheese, ham, peppers, onions, tomatoes, some hot sauce and some seasonings into a bag, mix it all around, then boil it. The omelet is perfect.

No no, you put it into a plastic ziplock bag and then boil it. It's safe in the bag, fluffs up nicely and shapes perfectly.
