4:30 A.M> Wake up and work out for 30 minutes
5:00 A.M. Jump in the shower to get ready for work
6:00 A.M. Check my blood, take my medication and injections
6:05 A.M. Take the dog out for a walk
6:10 A.M. Leave for work
7:00 A.M. - 6 P.M.- Work
7 P.M. More medication and injections
7:05 P.M.- Eat
8:00 P.M. Unwind
10: P.M. Go to bed
Rinse and repeat 5 times a week.
Yet Dusan needs a vacation.

That said, I just had a glass of wine with the colleagues and now I feel sleepy.
Actually I don't know. I didn't visit a doc since I wanted to quit lifting for a while and see what happens. So far I can tell that pain is vanishing slowly, I can lift my arm without feeling that dull pain or whatever it was. On the other hand, now that you asked, I actually touched it and for the first time I can feel the pain when I touch the bone, so I have no idea what to tell you. It's a one small spot but when I touch it with my finger (not so lightly) I can feel it hurts.
