I'm not a gym kinda workout guy. I admire people who do that, but the whole resistance-in-place thing throws me for a mental loop. I think about how we homonoids started out getting our exercise running in the great outdoors away from carnivores that would kill us, and now we lock ourselves inside buildings to run in place to get away from our eating and lethargy habits that would kill us.
Put me on a bike, have me hike a hill or mountain. That's my thing. So it's less strength training and more endurance and cardio.
