Yeah, you always love to point that out, but you never, I mean never, like any of the tracks that I forward to you regarding anybody, so I decided to halt that pipeline.

But any reasonable person would say that Lupe Fiasco is one of the better rap artists out at the moment, surely better than the Lil Wayne or Young Jeezy types, and certainly that idiot 50 Cent. Lupe's lyrics are some of the best out right now, probably even better than Kanye West's in my opinion.

You probably just don't like the beats.

I listened to his stuff, I never just made up my mind randomly. I just don't like a lot of his stuff. I also don't think Kanye is that good of a lyricist anyway. Pharoahe is much better, in my opinion.

Monch is a better lyricist indeed, but his beats are not as good as Lupe's in my opinion.

I agree, Pharoahe's dad was a jazz artist, so his beats are very jazz based in the way they are formulated. Kanye's are just pop based...different style.
