The therapy session with all the William's were pretty much peak TV quality. Now I understand why Rachel Evan Woods describes working in this show as the Olympics for acting. Crazy.

Massively disappointing 3 seasons so far. More unbelievable and unrealistic than Frozen. Things just happen. The dialogue is lame. The characters are too many and so uninteresting. Meh...

why would you keep watching past the first season if you didn’t like it?

Bad habit. And I have HBO GO - I have watched almost everything interesting in it. There is not much left. I keep giving multiple chances to TV series that have dropped the ball after Season 1 - "True Detective" and "Westworld".
I just wait for the cool twists but the plot and the characters are utterly uninteresting to me.

I don't think i'm liking the plot in season 3. Still I'll wait for the end of it to see where it goes maybe that'll change. But season 1 was one of the best TV you could get

It felt like a season finale.

Maeve as well as her feud are pointless  I thought she was going to live and Dolores was going to be shred.

I'll list what was disappointing with this season.

Most of it felt like filler episodes - unless this was to set up the next season. The show got dumber and the dialogue too. No tensions, and a weak villain in Serac even if Vincent Cassel is a great actor.

An entire episode themed after a drug making you hallucinates movie genre doesn't add anything the plot

Admittedly there were highs (as opposed to only lows) this season however.

Now for the finale

Dolores is over while maxed 10/10 intelligence with Samurai sword is still there of course. At least Ed Harris seems like he's going to have a prominent role next season according the post credit scene. It was nice seeing El Laso too

yeah but
her copy as Hale is still alive and will play a big role. El Laso seems to be one of her copies as well
If I understood right, she is now in the system. Which means she can be anything/anyone now. I don't know if we will see her as a character but at least she is there. I may be wrong.

Only yesterday i actually realized this season has only 8 episodes, had a major WTF moment. I mean, it was unfolding quite nicely but for a 16-episode season.
