If I remember correctly, I thought that he was trying to get his contract voided.

Obviously, that didn't work out to well.

If Zebina plays well, which I think he can with Thuram and Cannavaro in central defence, or even better, Tudor can stay healthy and show the form that he's been displaying recently, but show it on a consistent basis, then Juve will be fine.

That could move Thuram back to RB, if he so chooses, and it will allow you to have some legitimate depth with Legro, Ferrara, Montero, et al....as your backups.

I just don't want to go into the season depending on Birindelli to play RB on a full time basis. If Zebina fails miserably, and Tudor gets hurt again, then we could have a problem

Whatever speculation you want to make, Birindelli is our only real rightback. I don't have a problem with that, Birindelli is one of the best right backs in the world.

Oddo would be a very good choice for the short term

2, 3 years max.

Unless Chiellini shows that he can play RB, then they may have to hit the transfer market for a younger replacement for the future.

don't forget,
Oddo is not young now
and he don't have much potentiality now
and i think his body is not strong

the best choices are:Trabelsi , Evra

In Cappelo's tactical system
he need two strong wing-backs
---good at attacking, just like Candela and Cafu

bonera :wallbang:...he cant atack or defend.

Evra...legendary.
Jank....huge variaiton in options available.
Miguel....can we afford him??
Trabelsi...ditto
oddo......average at best.
Biri...a very very very good defensive full back...very underated imo...but, right now, he isnt a first choice.
