    So much can change.
    If you look at Spain in 2010, you'll see so many important players being so young at the time. Their peak should have happened in 2014, yet they failed miserably.
    Yeah. I'm not buying the "this generation is only getting better" argument yet.

    Props to the Germans. They were the best team and the fact we gave them a fight till the very end makes me proud. Also, we made it past the same group as them :D

    What a magnificent tournament and had its surprises on its way yet what a depressing and confusing final (confusing meaning the Golden Ball and Glove) yea Nuer is the best GK at the moment but best performance in the tournament it should've been between Howard/Navas

    Messi is an amazing player, definitely the most skilled of his generation, his only curse is he's argentine and as so he has to live under the shadow of the best player to ever kick a ball. After di maria went down, the pressure for him to deliver just got to him, he was the one and only go to guy.

    and curious, between the last 3 world champions being all european, who would've won it in a 3 way fight between them at their peak?
