What should bother you is that this was by far the weakest group and you failed to qualify from it.
And after Costa Rica (in normal weather), Belgium is the weakest group winner

thats plenty to think about RUS

Cavani to make the world forget about suarez
He may not get a better chance the rest of the WC against a defense like that. But I still say his powers weaken dramatically with his distance from Napoli. :D

Uruguay have that fighting spirit that a lot of teams lack, coupled with their experience & team ethic, they can overcome any opponent. (This is coming from someone that seriously dislikes them btw :D) I see Colombia as a group of individuals rather than a team, they really don't impress me that much.

Anyway, I couldn't be arsed who wins the match.
Wich will be significantly amplified with the "injustice" they feel done by, with the Suarez situation.

They'll be motivated as pure fuck.

Who told you that Russian team is better than Algeria? Look at their line-up, many player of algeria are playing in the european top championships while russians stuck in our RPL, Our best team was at euro 2008, now they are gone and we have poor generation of players and our team was very depended on Shirokov but he received injury and it's fucked up everything for us

Tactically yes, i'd agree. But i also think that mentally we needed this, we needed to suffer. Our team is really emotionally weak and what happened could and should make us stronger. If there was unity before, now more than ever.
Actually yes, this game could be a huge bust.

But guys like Hulk and Alves will always be a liability. They usually fuck up at ther own clubs.

Felipao needs to change this urgently. But he won't. He will insist on Fred. The most he'll do is change Alves for Maicon.

    :agree:

WC 2014 was a training ground for us, we haven't been there for 12 years, with Capello we won our group against Portugal, we've played in the world cup, now our aim is to win our group and to play in the Euro 16, anyway Germany would destroy us in the round of 16

with current roster of players it will be hard, but we have some good young prospects, if they will manage to become better players then we can repeat our success of 08 euro, and Capello is doing amazing job - he's visiting at least 2-3 games of each round of RPL, he is looking for new face for our team, he rejuvenated squad how could, our defence were looking good, we only conceded 1 goal from counter-attack from Belgium, while other 2 were conceded only because of Akinfeev's mistakes
