Actually i'm surprised they didn't find more hotels with the same problem. What they're doing is normal, and they'll also come back to reinspect all hotels before the players get there.

You'd be surprised if you knew what happens behind the curtains of even high end restaurants.

I wouldn't put it past those Brazilians to do something like this deliberately. Not that there's any proof that it was but they really want to win this WC and as fanatical as they are they would do practically anything to achieve their goal.
