Very interesting indeed but I don't really know whether I can accept the confusion the guy pictures here: and in the confusion, the linesman really can’t be sure exactly where Tevez was a few seconds ago because I have never been a linesman. So I only have to base my judgment on similar incidents and it would tell me that the lineman in Mexico-Argentina game made a terrible mistake. We all have seen many incidents like that in which a passive player suddenly becomes active interfering with the game, still the linesman manages to flag for offside.
And I agree with Bill Shankly. Everyone is interfering with the game because if it wasn't for the passive attacker, the defender who marks him could have covered the active attacker instead
thats a little harsh don't you think,he has been well marked in a couple of games already but has created a lot of goals for Argentina already,he had a hand in all 4 goals v Korea. sure he is not scoring but he has been bloody close numerous times, besides he is playing floating role behind the strikers and it is his job to be the creative force in there

Harsh maybe so, but don't you think the likes of Maradona and Zidane were closly marked for their respected countrys?
I'm sorry but being marked out of the game against Mexico,Greece and to an extent Nigeria is not acceptable for the calibre of player Messi is. Ronaldo's another one he's been extremly poor for Portugal yet atleast he's scored.
Messi had a brilliant season too. And he is at least playing in the World Cup, unlike Milito and as Miroslave said, Messi has not been bad at all so far either. If one Argentinian player is going to win it, it's only Messi now that Zanetti is not there.

It's not his fault but you have to play in your team if you want to win the Ballon D'or in a World Cup year. Messi has just not lived up to the expectations yet but he hasn't been bad at all.
sucked?? come on man did you watch argie games he did everything but score, hes still the best player on the team and thats coming from a huge carlitos fan
