If Ghana beat Australia today, you beat Australia and Germany beat Ghana, then 3 teams will have 6 pts.

Then a mini table will be formed. Serbia will have 3 pts and 1:1 goal difference in the mini table.
If Germany beat Ghana 2:1 or 3:2 then you'll be eliminated because in the mini table GER and GHA will have 3 pts and 2:2 or 3:3 goal difference.
