France consistently proves that their national team is nothing without Zidane. 1998 & 2006 were Zidane's work. It seems that his impact on the game is more than physical for the team, in fact, his mental impact (leadership) is more significant.

Without Zizo they miserable flopped in the Euros and in Worldcup 2002 (Injury i think). This shows how great a player he is in all aspects.

Ribery fans thought he can fill Zizou's shoes.. obviously they are completely wrong. Nedved filled Zizou's shoes and won the Ballon Dór during Zizou's reign (not to mention kicking madrid's ass)

That is not to say that Nedved is as good as Zizou my intention is to show that both Nedved and Zizou are classes ahead of Ribery.

I bet at a small pool they had going on at work that Mexico would win 2-0 and won almost $300!!!

How good is Slovenia? Will they be able to score against the US?

I don't really like the Mexican NT and their nation's group of La Raza maggots, border-hoping gangs, and folks at Azteca screaming for Osama to rape their families, but you have to give their team credit. They played very well. I also agree that it's over and Mexico is pretty much through, which is good for CONCACAF.

What about France? Well, they are pretty much worthless without Zidane. That is pretty obvious. He was the one to get Les Blues to the final last time, and without him they have very little fluidity, chemistry or inspiration in midfield. I also think Ribery is somewhat of an overrated player. And when it comes to the Domenech, he's simply a moron for sure.

Viva la Trezeguet! Everyone, bow down to Zizou, one of the greatest ever. Enjoy your exit, Frogs.

Unlike the Italiens, the French will not say that if Uruguay and Mexico share the points it's a Latin American conspiracy.

No doubt about that.
