North Korea players go missing

Quartet not on team roster for match against Brazil

The World Cup is always a fascinating tournament as it constantly supplies moments of drama, genius and the absurd as FIFA have no idea of the whereabouts of four North Korean players.

Kim Myong, Kim Kyonh II, Na Chol and Pak Sung Hyok have literally disappeared as the four where nowhere to be found when North Korea took to the field in their Group G opener against the five-time champions Brazil.

A spokeperson from FIFA has admitted that they are also in the dark as to where the players could be because no one form North Korea has relayed the status of the players in question.

No comments or statements have been issued from the North Korea camp and the location of the four will remain a mystery until then.

That's what I was thinking, if true then good for them.

They mentioned on ESPN that the some of the North Korean players had never seen a mobile phone before the one player based in Japan showed them his.

He's an arrogant moron. You could manipulate a normal moron into doing the right thing, but Domenech is impossible to persuade. If I were a member of the French FA I wouldn't pay out his contract and I'd tell the papers that he didn't do his job properly so he's not entitled to the money.
I like the way you think

If that is legally achievable then its a route to pursue

Best match of the last WC, and the best goal. :agree:

I still laugh that the Fédération française de handball is the reigning world champion.

Domenech should have been fired the last WC. Zizou inadvertently saved his job.
My theory is that during the XT period in the 06 final Zidane suddenly realized that what he was doing and thought to himself "if I lead this team to another championship then this fucker (Domenech) is gonna be immortalized" thus turning around and planting his head squarely into the sternum of Materazzi

Sadly his efforts were fruitless

hopefully the Serbians will give their best against Germans.
Forza Serbia. I doubt they can take more than a point though. They, as much as we, don't have that winning mentality when things are tough. Would have been significantly different though, had they won against Ghana.

They couldve done much much better against Ghana. I hardly see them pulling an upset against Germans but atleast it should be a good game to watch.
