Ah, hadn't seen that. Then they're both idiots. If you're going to assume that you have to go somewhere to be called a Juventus fan, I think that place would be Turin.

What does Prague have to do with anything?
Ask the intelligent juventus1897, he seems to be the one expert on who is fan and who is not. Andy's remark was obviously a shot at juventus1897.

I remember this guy now, he appeared last World Cup, he made a short appearance during the Euros and now he is really active. And he comes here and demands respect towards the Azzurri saying that we should respect them because this is an Italian football club forum.

I don' think they should respect the Azzurri, but some of the jokes aimed at them are borderline racist and that's very strange coming from people who support an Italian football team.

It's kind of weird how some people hate Italian football players though. Juventus are, after all, Italian.
I don't think Alen or Andy or me or the others who take cheap shots at the Azzurri hate the Italian players but when the fanboys hear our comments they can only interpret it as such.

Some of Andy's comments in particular were over the top. And Burke had some downright racist comments aimed at the Italian NT. I'm not complaining, I just find it odd.

But Andy does these over-the-top comments towards many football players not only the Italian NT ones.

I don't think anybody here hates the Italian Juve players. Well, maybe some like Grosso, but that's it. But on the other hand, I personally don't like De Rossi, Zambrotta, and Gattuso for obvious reasons.

If you're going to uphold standards, then folks should support the likes of Zambrotta and Pirlo when Juventus plays Milan because after all, they are Italian. So it goes both ways here.

Not really. Seeing as you're a Juventus fan, you're probably interested in Italian football. So it makes sense that you would like the Italian national team over let's say Spain. After all, you're not so much into Spanish football.

That said, being a supporter rarely makes sense.

I like Italian football, but that doesn't mean I have to support the Azzurri. Hell, even Miccoli doesn't support the Azzurri.
