that orient isn't a long shot considering your budget. you have it on amazon for 135€, there are warehouse deals for it regularly (used goods, usually in very good shape), the last one was a few days ago for 103€. install the amazon price tracker called keepa, start tracking its price and i'm sure you'll have a good deal in a few weeks.

as for straps, as long as it's not an integrated strap you can always replace the bracelet (steel strap) with leather or whatever you prefer, so if you see something that you like that only comes with a bracelet, don't let it be a dealbreaker.
one cool youtube channel to check: https://www.youtube.com/c/JustOneMoreWatch i used to follow him, he's got a distinctive style and voice but he's a genuine watch fan and might have a similar wrist size to you.
as for the size: 40-41mm can be a sweet spot for medium sized wrists, but there's no rule of thumb. some watches wear smaller than expected, and some wear larger. i usually check not only the diameter but the lug to lug size too and don't even consider anything over 50mm of lug 2 lug. the black gshock i posted has a 45mm+ diameter which normally would be gigantic but a lug 2 lug of only 48.5mm so it's a nice fit even for smaller wrists. long lugs and big dials make watches wear larger.
it's an endless topic, so i'll leave it like that for now. let us know if you need any feedback on an idea.

As for Amazon and import I'm not sure but I don't think that's a good idea. As we're not a part of EU we pay heavy prices for anything over 50e. I'm pretty sure they would rape me for anything of that price range.
