He is definitely a good backup player, i cant see why people are complaining.
The problem is that he, Del Piero and Amauri, aren't back-up players and they are actually players we rely on to bring us wins, to score goals to play well. They can't do it because they're not good to do it anymore.

I blame the management(s) mostly for not getting us better strikers.

Our only problem is Amauri. It's retarded to sell Iaquinta, unless we get a crazy offer. Del Piero will retire soon too, so getting rid of Amauri is enough to replace his with a great striker.
