Players like this should stay put at the team. Even if he is having a trouble season (whcih he hadn't) he still should stay. Ambition and respect to the shirt is what win a game NOT talent. When we won the CL in 1995 we had a team that played like men. At least this is how Juventus have won all over the years.

I am not saying you don't need talent, rather you need players who, in addition to that, respect the jearsy.
We had talented player during the Capello era, but we couldn't do it in the CL because the team was not properly united.
