Did I say saviour?

Right now, Vincenzo's the only striker we have that have the possibility to score 20+ goals. Amauri can't, Quagliarella can't and I don't think Del Piero can do it either.

Thanks, Hustini.

Brilliant with Vincenzo back. Really hope he can get back to his form from the spring 2009. Then we'll have a striker who can score 20+ goals! :D
Don't get me wrong, I like Iaquinta and I hope he scores 20+ goals.

But in the last 10 years since he joined Udinese he never scored 20 goals per season.
He has scored 84 goals in 10 seasons with an average of 8.4 goals per season. The highest was in 05-06 when he scored 17 goals.

Regardless of Iaquinta's ability, or lack of ability, the chances of him being fit for enough games to score 20 goals is very slim.

Fair enough, but I think if there's one of our strikers who can score 20+ goals, then it's Iaquinta.
yes you are correct...well....except for maybe history, age, fitness and ability to ever score 20 goals at any time in his career.

but you know,

maybe Giovinco will grow 6 inches this year

Some say he's the new Miccoli, maybe those bonus 6 inches will hide around his tummy :D

You're cool. :hellyes:

I know about Vincenzos history of injuries and all that, I'm not stupid. All I say is that he's our only striker that - if fit - can be capocannoniere, or score over 15 goals at all....

It all depends on how many games he plays. If he's fit and first choice, then I wouldn't be surprised if he reaches close to that figure.
