Andy, Todd and Timmy's severed heads cannot be thought of as only a New York/New Jersey attraction. No matter where in this world you might find yourself, as soon as you say "USA", people immediately thinking of heads flying over the turnpike. "What's that? Juve is playing in the USA? Shit, I hope I don't get hit by the severed heads of those window washers." "The game is in Las Vegas? Can those heads fly that far?"

I can't wait until the U.S. Mint finally comes out with the Todd and Timmy commemorative silver dollars. :weee:

There's nothing like minted currency to show off a severed head.

I am so wound up right now I need either a massage or a vacation. Too bad this thing is so far away because the vacation would have been better. *sigh*

Lol I just handed a coworker one of those massager things and told her to get to work. :p I think I need a new pillow or something, I dunno. And some wine. I think I need that more. Can't remember the last time I had anything alcohol-wise. :p

While I am in here, does anyone know if getting your doctorate definitely requires doing a thesis? I had to do one for my degree but I managed to find a Masters that was strictly exams so was just wondering.

Did you book your flight yet?
No, not yet, but prices seem pretty good.

In what field? I am pretty sure that for the most part they all require the thesis, as that is the point. At the MA level you can often have teachers or people in other professions who want the qualification and knowledge without having to write, and without the intent to move on to PhD.

Almost always. Enough so that people would look at you funny if you managed to do one without it.

Thanks. I knew it was a long shot but I thought I'd ask anyway. They're just so long and boring and drawn out but as boring as it is, that part I can do. I am a little nervous about having to present to a board when I am done. I am in fact actually dreading it.

Anyway, Kate do you have any idea what time you'll be flying out on Sunday?

I will be getting the train, but I don't know when yet.
