Sorry guys. Probably no winner will be declared until at least 10pm EST at the earliest. Back in 2000 I think NBC claimed that Gore won the election at around 9pm, but then they retracted their statement. If it's close at all they'll be more careful.

Hmm, I wonder if there are betting odds on times when the loser will concede the election. As in the hour.

I was watching Sky News and they said that Obama "had" 228 seats, and McCain has 118....so if all goes to plan, Obama only needs to win Florida and Pennsylvania (OMG I can't believe I spelled it right on the 1st go!) to be elected President
