This happens anywhere there's protests around the world. I learned that over 20 years ago when I had to cross the middle of a People's Park protest in Berkeley to argue over the public use of state-owned land, and a bunch of bored, shit-disturbing high school dickheads from the nearby suburbs came in and started throwing rocks at cops and store windows to agitate everything.
