they were also finalists in the NextGen Series 12/13... seems their youth setup is pretty strong but haven't heard of any Chelsea youth linked with big clubs or loans or promoted to Chelsea 1st team...

They are also going to win the FA Youth Cup, won 3-1 at Man City in the first leg (two legged final). The likes of Dominic Solanke, Isaiah Brown, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Nathan Ake have a chance to make their first team squad at least, but probably won't hang around long.
