nah honestly as much as i respect messi and his record i would have picked Pirlo ahead of him, purely because it is time that players like Pirlo and others like Del Piero and Maldini in the past were/are great players who never won it and it would be nice if they got recognition. Imo Cannavaro was one of the best winners of recent times because for once a defender got recognition and not a goalscorer
