It would, because he's probably already better than Onyewu and MouthBlack. Then for 2010 we could have something such as this:

Howard

Dolo - Onyewu - Subotic - Pearce

Donovan - Kljestan - Bradley - Torres

Adu

Altidore

With Demps and Szetela off the bench. But knowing Bob Bradley, Adu, Subotic and Altidore will not start despite being better. We'll go with the old guard aka Brian "God I'm so lucky I still play for anybody" Ching.

I'm friends with Sascha Kljestan, Rogers, Sal Zizzo, Anthony Wallace, and a few others.

I'm adding up Szetela as well. He's doing well at Brescia.

I have a question for people who actually watch US soccer. How do you guys rate Landon Donovan on his actual skill not his off the pitch antics and annoying personality?

He's got a lot of skill for an American player, probably just below Claudio Reyna as our most talented player ever. His touches and passing are pretty good. However, Donovan is a choker who doesn't perform well against the top sides unless he's on his own turf in the US or in California. His attitude towards the game is poor in my opinion and he doesn't have the heart of a true champion, that's why he'll always be a loser in my books until he proves otherwise.

So I suppose I would put him a couple steps below Enzo Maresca.

Oh okay. I was just wondering because lately I keep hearing these outrageous claims to Landon's talent. I found it pretty hard to believe. My friend and I were arguing with someone who thought Landon Donovan would be a great replacement for David Villa. I just wanted to make sure that was not a commonly held belief.

I don't even think Landon Donovan should be compared with the likes of David Villa. This same guy did tell me that Fulham and Valencia were on the same level. I found that to be outrageous.

So apparently this guy is an EPL nut then?

Either way, he should be hanged.
