I expect those to go to companies who will use them to attract new clients or rich people trying to impress each other. It's obviously plain stupid.
The ticketing business is difficult. On the hand you kind of want the prices to be democratic. On the other, it's obvious that many people are willing to pay these prices and when you're selling a product, it makes sense you sell it at the highest price people want to pay.
Personally I'd never pay that much for a game. I can watch Roma-Juventus for 40 Euros. Of course it's not the same as a CL Final, but it's still Juventus and it's still a competitive game. I'd much rather spend 2k on a roadtrip in Chile than on a football game.
