Trezeguet vs. Gilardino

1.efficiency:
Trezeguet is definately the best finisher in a penalty area. Gilardino comes right next to him, but Trez is still better. Gila guarranties 20-25 goals per season, Trez without injurys 30-35.

2. pace:
Gila better than Trez.

3. Dribbling:
Gila better. Tall french doesn't know much about it.

4. Tecnique:
Almost the same. Trez's tecnique in a penalty area is sometimes amazing. (Bycicle kick against Real Madrid)

5. Jumping: Trez much better than Gila.

6. Mental condition:
Treze lacks against Gila for a bit. Gila is more mental stable than Trez is.

In the end we can say that there is no need for spending 50 M € for a player, who is maybe for a bit better than Trez is.

I bet that if Trez was injury free and played the liverpool game at Delle Alpi , maybe we will have every chance of playing the CL final tonight

I think the main difference is the style of play, reading Moggi's statements just gives me a hint that we will sell trezeguet and try to get Gilardino.

But justice from selling Trez will only come if we can positively get Gilardino.

I consider it as a huge risk, we all know the extremely high price tag of Gilardino, and we cann't afford another Di Vaio case...

Exactly my way of thinking. Trezeguet plays well with Juventus and his only problem is injuries. Let us hope he avoids these and the goals will keep on coming.

I think we can do with trezeguet also...although I think Di Viao isnt such a big let down, he was playing great until we/lippi took away his opportunities.

gila is different from di vaio i think trezeguet was given his oppournity this season but as usual he got injured i think gila will not be failure he has scored moe than 20 goals for two season for parma we can reduce his price tag by offering nonda moggi will bring either cassano or gila turin for sure

It is definately a risk I'd like to take if Gila can actually come at the expense of Trezeguet. But the risk Im not willing to take is releasing Trez without fully knowing that Gila will come. With this in mind Id prefer we stick with Trez too.

1. 30-35goals!!! Jeez what are u talking about,
he didnt do that even at his best, PAST days

2. Gila better than Trez

3.Gila better. Tall french doesn't know much about it.

4.implicates dribbling a lot,
i give a slight avantage to Gila wich may become bigger as he grows and rapidly becoming even better

5.how s that? Treze is crap on air game,
he rarely scores with header

6.big dif Treze is considered finished,
Gila is considered the best material Italy has now,
the one has future and present, the other has...

there is a big dif on Gila and treze,
its not 50, we sould obdain 25-30 mil from Treze sell
(if noone buys him, trade him with Gila and give parma 10-20more)
Gila worth that money,(if we sell Treze to another team parma would accept 40mil on cash)

so its about 10 to 20 mil to make an upgrade to Gila from treze,
this upgrade will secure our present season,
our future seasons,
we wont need to spend big again some time in the future to replace the ageing treze,
Parma has economical problems and Gila is such a talent and offer u rarely get,
we might not have a similar occasion when we will look to replace treze and be forced to spend much more in the next2-3years
