All major research universities have engineering and stuff. And they have all kinds of programs: associate (2 year), bachelor's (4 years), etc.

Just search for schools by state in Yahoo higher education.

Fabi, I don't know what kind of school that is that charges you $40k, but Harvard Business School MBA program costs $32,000 a year.
